Description:Ogma Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our projects in France whose primary responsibility will be to communicate, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.

What you will need:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar position
• University degree in any of the following disciplines: Business, Computer Sciences, Communications, Marketing or related fields
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent knowledge of French language
• Good knowledge of English is essential
• Interviewing and listening skills to be able to talk to individuals and understand their needs. Ability to ask the relevant questions to determine the essential information requirements and understanding what people say. Ability to detect what people might be hesitant of saying
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
• Excellent French writing skills and the ability to communicate information effectively to customers, marketing, managers and technical staff
• Strong organizational skills that are required to work with the vast array of information gathered during meetings. Ability to analyze the information and to cope with rapidly changing information
• Willingness to work independently or as a part of a larger team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

• Very good knowledge of project management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed.


What you will be doing:
• Work with the Project Manager to document the software product requirements and the project’s scope
• Communicate directly with the customers to collect requirements by using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Write requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
• Convert business and user requirements into functional requirements
• Participate in review of the products delivered to ensure that the products were delivered according to the requirements provided
• Manage requirements, track status, throughout the project and provide reports to the customer and the end user
• Create the appropriate documents and training material and manuals for the customers and end users
• Train customers and end users with the product functionalities
• Support the product and the customer inquiries after the implementation
• Assist the Marketing team for business development in the French region
