Title:Task Delegation Team Lead

Description:We have an excellent opportunity for a detailed oriented and achievement-driven person to join one of our teams as a Task Delegation Team Lead. This role requires somebody with excellent interpersonal skills who can prioritize tasks and has a flexible approach to work.
Task Delegation team in our company is aimed to deliver high-quality support to traders and ensure their constant effective work.
As a Task Delegation Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and solutions to the team as well as to work closely with sports traders and service desk by being a connecting link between them for providing technical support to diverse problems.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong evidence of leadership skills with an ability to manage teams working in shifts, able to deliver under deadlines, and multi-task under pressure.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree
· An extensive background in trading and understanding of software technical issues
· In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
· Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
· Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills, interacting appropriately with users of many technical skill levels, remaining calm and courteous while working to resolve problems
· A self-starter with an organized and process-oriented approach to problem-solving through attention to detail and a proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams
· Fluency in English and Russian languages
· Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

· Communicate and regularly coordinate with sports traders to receive software or other related technical problems and relay it to the appropriate personnel
· Delegate tasks and follow that all assigned tasks are completed within assigned deadlines
· Follow the stages of resolving the tasks and make current adjustments as needed
· Create a list of critical tools and define frequently repeated problems
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the team
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Participate in the problem management processes
· Ensure that all tasks are reported and documented
