Title:Customer Value Management Specialist

Description:The Customer Value Management Specialist has a supporting role in customer base management and development processes handling tasks related to creation and support of predictive and stimulating models per each segment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field, math background is a plus;
- High GPA in math;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of Applied Statistics;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, R or Python (for Data Science)
- Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms;
- Understanding of SQL database theory ;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy: MS Office, database architecture; reproducible reporting;
- Team-building and conflict-resolution skills;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Business acumen.

Responsibilities:

- Follow on the trends of implemented campaigns;
- Follow on the database modifications;
- Alarm in case of major changes in the behavior of the implemented campaigns;
- Collect information and statistical data on implemented and planned campaigns;
- Study the best foreign experience;
- Propose additions/modifications for new/existing solutions;
- Keep track of implemented campaign KPIs;
- Assist in report preparation and analyses;
- Develop Predictive models and/or update the existing ones;
- Segment the development based on behavioral actions;
- Follow up on already created models and further development.
