Title:Service Center Quality Control Manager
Location:Yerevan, Tsitsernakaberd Highway 3, «ZIGZAG Megastore» Yerevan

Description:Zigzag LLC is looking for a Service Center Quality Control Manager who will be responsible for the arrangement of the Center calls and setup services, as well as for monitoring the collaboration with partner organizations and brand representatives.
- University degree, preferably in a technical field;
- Experience in customer service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage conflict situations;
- Well-balanced and disciplined personality;
- Excellent knowledge of MC Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English languages is a plus.
- Supervise the process of customer request files and data entry;
- Control the setup and other services application processing;
- Check the deadlines of orders and their arrivals of necessary details from international partner companies;
- Check the deadlines and the accuracy of the reports to send to the suppliers;
- Solve conflict situations with customers;
- Set KPIs for evaluating the efficiency of the Service Center activities and result from analysis;
- Control the Center activities to be done properly and in time;
- Perform other projects to improve the quality of the Service Center activity.
