We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a team of overachieving professionals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years as a Technical Recruiter recruiting for a growing software company
• Strong understanding of technical requirements associated with recruiting candidates in development, IT, QA, Product Management, etc.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
• Ability to articulate the Workfront value proposition and story to candidates
• Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
• Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Expert knowledge indirect sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
• Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies.
• Manage the entire recruiting process for technical roles
• Partner and consult with hiring managers at all levels to identify hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills
• Use various tools including Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, etc. to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
• Screen, interview, and recommend the best candidates to move through the formal interview process
• Communicate with applicants and manage the candidate experience, which includes scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback, and communicating status
