Description:VOLO is looking for experienced result-oriented professional to fulfill the position of Customer/Technical Support Specialist working for international clients in an enterprise-focused team.


* University degree in Computer science or equivalent field;
* At least 3 years of working experience in IT field;
* Excellent English language skills, both speaking and writing;
* Knowledge of IT technologies;
* Be advanced PC user and proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on report building, listening, and questioning skills;
* Strong documentation skills;
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.


* Manage client’s internal systems (these includes CRM, user accounts, email accounts, website, marketing tools, etc.);
* Cover of client’s ad-hoc internal IT needs, including IT support, which usually involves internet research on the issue and possible solutions;
* Manage regular IT operational tasks (management, escalation and follow up of IT related alerts and tasks);
* Perform other supporting activities (these includes IT strategy questions; system selection for new internal systems; security changes and planning; contract management and other tasks).
