Description:Ogma Applications is looking for an energetic and well-disciplined individual with excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate is expected to work with international contacts and acquire new business opportunities for the Company.


* Fluent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal;
* Advanced MS Office user;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Capacity to learn quickly and apply recently acquired knowledge;
* Experience in successful multi-tasking;
* Critical thinker with problem-solving expertise;
* Self-motivated person with ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight;
* Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas;
* Prior experience in selling IT infrastructure services and solutions is a plus;
* Knowledge of the Cargo systems and transportation is a plus;
* Higher education is a plus;
* Knowledge of French or German language is a plus.


* Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
* Prepare and send over mailers;
* Prepare marketing materials;
* Identify prospective opportunities, potential new clients, business opportunities and persuade new customers to do business with the Company;
* Contact customers and leads by email and phone;
* Work with customers to identify their needs and to work out how the Company can best meet those requirements;
* Upsell products and solutions to existing customers;
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with all the departments;
* Engage in a variety of tasks, including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities;
* Comply with the Company's sales terms and conditions;
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast reports;
* Participate in marketing activities: webinars, exhibitions, seminars, road shows, etc.;
* Maintain Company accounts in social networks;
* Demonstrate flexible time management skills, do cold calling from home.
