Title:Call Center Representative

Salary Range: SALARY FROM 150.000 TO 250.000 AMD
Description:BoDa Telecom is looking for customer focused people to join our sales and customer service department and help us deliver outstanding sales and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the recruitment industry and gain some extremely valuable experience and training, working for an industry leading company.
We are looking for people who enjoy speaking to customers on the phone, are happy to make inbound and outbound calls and who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
We will provide a complete training, continuous support and in return we are looking for people that have the passion, drive and determination to achieve! This is also a very good chance for students to work evening/night shifts.
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Profficiency in English language (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel is essential for this position
• Fast, accurate keyboard skills
• Target driven and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast paced environment
• Attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Team player
• Knowledge of other languages will be plus (Spanish,Polish,Czech,German,French....)
• Knowledge of CRM Systems will be plus
• Previous experience in any remote customer support field will be plus
• Previous experience in Telesales will be big plus
• Working in the sales and customer service team you will be the first point of call for potential clients
• Responsible for providing the highest level of service to new and existing customers and clients
• Interact with customers through a range of channels (telephone, email, LinkedIn and other internet channels)
• Work with the recruitment team making outbound calls to candidates in response to their application
• Taking inbound calls from customers to answer any general enquiries
• Updating customers Data Base
• Provide customers with service information
• Research required information using available resources and knowledge
• Other tasks as assigned
